Please read with your leaders

    Disclaimer

Church AI Playbook exists to help you think wisely and faithfully about artificial intelligence in ministry. Everything we provide is offered as an encouragement and a starting point — something to pray over, discuss with your leadership, and shape into what is right for your church.

A ministry resource, not professional advice

The policies, playbooks, prompts, articles, and guidance produced here are ministry resources only. They are not legal, theological, financial, medical, or counseling advice, and they do not create any professional relationship between you and Church AI Playbook. They are intended to spark wise conversation, not to settle it.

Not a substitute for qualified counsel

For questions involving liability, employment, data protection, or other matters of law, please consult a qualified attorney who knows your situation. For questions of doctrine, please defer to your elders, your statement of faith, and your denominational guidance. For financial, medical, or counseling concerns, seek the appropriate licensed professional. Nothing here replaces that wisdom.

Human oversight and leadership review are required

AI tools can be confidently wrong. They can invent facts, blur sources, and produce content that sounds faithful while quietly missing the mark. Anything generated with our resources should be read, weighed, and approved by a real person before it is published, sent, or spoken — and reviewed against Scripture and your convictions wherever teaching or doctrine is involved. AI assists ministry; it never replaces prayer, Scripture, pastoral care, discernment, or the leading of the Holy Spirit.

    Adapt everything to your context

Every church is different in doctrine, structure, size, and calling. What we generate is a draft shaped by the answers you provide — not a finished policy. Please review and adapt it according to your doctrine, leadership structure, legal obligations, and ministry context before adopting it. You and your leadership remain fully responsible for how these resources are used.
