Church AI Playbook is built to serve churches with honesty and care, and that includes how we handle your information. This page explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple on purpose.

What we collect
We only collect what we need to provide the resource you asked for:
- Policy generator details. When you create a free AI policy or playbook, you tell us things like your church name, denomination or doctrinal leanings, and ministry preferences. We use these answers to generate your document.
- Contact and workshop requests. If you message us or request workshop information, we collect your name, email, and anything you choose to write, so we can reply.
- Basic usage analytics. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages are helpful. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.
How we use your information
We use what you share to generate your requested documents, respond to your questions, send the resource or follow-up you asked for, and improve how the site serves churches. That's it. We do not sell your information, and we never rent or trade your contact details.
AI processing
To create your policy and playbook, the details you enter are sent to a trusted third-party AI provider that generates the text. We share only what is needed to produce your document, and we ask you not to enter sensitive personal information about individuals (such as counseling notes, giving records, or private member data) into the generator.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of reputable providers to run the site — for hosting, analytics, AI text generation, and email. These providers process data only on our behalf and only to deliver the service. We are not responsible for the independent practices of any site you reach through a link from ours.
Data retention
We keep contact and workshop messages for as long as needed to help you and maintain our records, and generator inputs only as long as needed to provide and improve the service. You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will do so promptly, except where we are required to keep it.
Your choices
You can use the policy generator without giving us your email. You can opt out of analytics with your browser's privacy settings or an ad/analytics blocker. And you can email us any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've shared.
Children's privacy
This site is intended for church leaders and staff. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
